• What’s not to love about an inter-island cruise across the deep blue Aegean – especially when you have the wonderful island of Santorini waiting for you?
• It’s an early start so we pick you up from your hotel around 05:00 and drive you to Rethymnon
• You’ll be travelling on a SeaJet that does the journey to the port of Athinos in around 2.5 hours
• Upon arriving you choose your coach according to your language of preference – once on board during the drive to the first stop the guide will brief you on the day
• We start at the beautiful town of Oia where we stay for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
• Next we drive to the capital city, Fira, with 2 hours at leisure
• Then you can choose to either stay in Fira or go to the black beach at Perissa for a swim
• At 17:30 the SeaJet returns to Crete where our buses will be waiting at Rethymnon to transfer you to Chania, arriving back at around 21:00

• One of the most beautiful beaches imaginable, Balos lagoon with its combination of unique scenery and the crystal clear waters, easily makes it into the top 10 beaches in the world every year
• During the ferry ride you can see the cliff face phenomenon called the ‘Elevation of Crete’
• We pick you up from your hotel in the morning (about 08:00) and towards the southwestern part of Crete to the port of Kissamos.
• During the drive your guide will brief you on the day and collect the money for the boat tickets so that you can skip the queues
• Once on the boat the commentary and guiding is done in several languages
• After about an hour’s cruising we reach the island of Gramvousa where you have 2.5 hours free time for a swim or to walk up to the fortress
• Once back on board the Lagoon of Balos is around 20 minutes further on and here you have 3 hours to enjoy the amazing landscape
• We depart around 16:30 for the return journey – if you’re hungry or thristy the boat has a self-service restaurant offering traditional Cretan dishes
• Upon arrival at Kissamos we’ll transfer you back to your hotel

• If you want to see the most ‘Cretan parts of Crete’ you need to go off the beaten track and head inland to the back of beyond – this off-road safari does just that
• We take you up to a height of 1350m in the White Mountains to a traditional old shepherd’s hut from where the views are specatcular
• En route you’ll see villages that tourists never get to, and experience the best of the wildlife the island has to offer
• We start by collecting you from your hotel somewhere between 08.00 and0 9.00 then begin our trip by crossing a valley full of orange and avocado trees
• Following the foothills of the White Mountains, we make a coffee stop at Deres
• Then we pass through the villages of Vatolakos, Alikianos, Fournes, Meskla, Zourva and Therisso to follow an off road route up to the shepherd’s hut called ‘Mitato’ at 1350m
• Having heard about the traditional shepherd’s life we head to the small village of Therisso for lunch at a small family taverna
• After lunch we return you to your hotel

Next stop will be at Therisso village for a short walk in the historic village and a visit in a small Cretan family tavern for our lunch. Our tour comes to its end by driving you back to your morning pick up place.

• Crete runs on wine and olives and this safari takes you to the heartlands of production
• Part of our safari is off-road navigating gorges and creeks through lush vegetation with panoramic views – lots of local flora, fauna and old building photo opportunities en route
• We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning between 8:00 – 9:00
• Our first call is at the Terra Creta olive oil mill to see how the oil is made and enjoy a tasting – Cretans believe that olive oil is the secret to a long life so don’t hold back
• Next we visit Karavitakis winery to see the vineyard and how the wine is made with a different sort of tasting where perhaps you shouldn’t over-indulge!
• Our final stop before lunch is to see and photogaph a 3000 year-old olive tree and learn something of its history
• By now you’re bound to be hungry so we stop for a lesiurely lunch in the small town of Ano Vouves, at a taverna known for its Cretan cuisine
• Happily replete, we drive back along proper tarmac roads, through orange and lemon groves,arriving back at your hotel aroudn 18.00

• In some ways the Samaria Gorge’s little brother, Imbros Gorge is a trek of a mere 8kms, but there are some equally spectacular sections and amazing narrow passages
• The good news is you can walk it in around 2-3 hours, so it’s easy on the legs and an ideal nature ramble for families with children, or more senior citizens who enjoy a walk but don’t want to overdo it
• We pick you up from your hotel in the morning around 08:00 and drive you to the entrance of the Imbros gorge towards Sfakia village.
• En route your guide will brief you on all the necessary information for your hike
• Before we arrive at the gorge we make a quick stop at a local taverna to taste a local Sfakiani Pita, a pie with honey, and grab a coffee or a drink
• Having paid the entrance fee of €2.50, we start or descent around 10:40
• You walk at your own pace and not with the whole group with our guide bringing up the rear in case anyone needs help.
• 2.5 hours later, having experienced the flora and fauna, and majesty of landscape, we arrive at Komitades village
• We reboard our coaches and drive to picturesque Sfakia where you have around 3 hours free time to enjoy lunch and a swim
• We arrive back in Chania at around 18:00-18:30

• A journey back in time to visit the palace of King Minos and learn about the Minoan civilization that flourished during the Bronze age
• Many myths are connected to Knossos including the legend of the Labyrinth and the Minotaur and the myth of Daedalus and Icarus
• We pick you up from your hotel in the morning (about 07:00) and head east
• During the drive your guide will brief you on the day and collect the money for the entry fees so that you can skip the queues when we arrive at the palace
• En route to Knossos we’ll make a short stop for breakfast or coffee at Rethymnon
• When we arrive at the archaeological site of Knossos our professional archaeologist/guide will give you a tour of the place that lasts around 90 minutes – guiding is in English, and you will be given ‘Whispers’ microphone systems
• After Knossos we return via a stop in Heraklion where you have 3 hours free time for lunch, shopping or even visit the archaeological museum with many Minoan artefacts
• We make a comfort stop on the final journey and return to Chania around 18:00

• A trip to one of the most beautiful and memorable beaches you have ever seen
• Known as the ‘Cretan Maldives’, Elafonisi island and beach is a place of white sand dunes, crystal clear turquoise waters and coral-pink sand, situated at the southwestern part of Crete, about a 90 minute drive from Chania city
• We pick you up from your hotel in the morning (around 08:00 ) and head for our destination – during the drive our guide will brief you on Elafonisi and the villages and places we pass through
• We make a stop for coffee or breakfast at the beautiful cave of Agia Sofia, a small chapel built into the mountainside with some spectacular stalagmites and stalactites
• Elafonisi island is considered a protected area by Natura 2000 as it is the natural habitat of rare and endangered animal and plant species
• Upon arriving at the stunning Elafonisi beach you can walk through the shallow waters of the lagoon across to Elafonisi island to see the lighthouse and a memorial to some historical events that happened there
• We stay here for around 4 hours – simply relax, swim and commune with nature
• On our return journey we stop at a taverna in the village of Elos for those who want to have lunch or a drink
• Approximate return to Chania around 19:00

• The National Park of the Samaria gorge is one of the longest gorges in Europe. A walk of 16 km and an altitude of 1230 meters will amaze you and create one of your most exciting tours in Crete
• We collect you from your hotel early in the morning to make the most of the cooler conditions and drive to the entrance of the gorge on the Omalos Plateau
• During the drive your guide will brief you on your hike and collect the entrance and ferry fees so you can skip the queues for tickets
• En route to the gorge we make a quick stop for breakfast or coffee at a local taverna
• We start our descent around 07.45 – you might like to rent hiking poles from our guide
• Everybody walks at their own pace and not with the whole group – our guide brings up the rear in case anyone needs help.
• As you descend make sure to look out for the rare flora and fauna of the gorge
• Have your camera ready for the famous ‘Iron Gates’ (Sideroportes) where the track narrows to a few metres between 300m cliffs
• After walking for around 5-6 hours (so early afternoon) we come to the coastal village of Agia Roumeli – we arrange a meeting point so the guide can give you the ferry tickets
• You have several hours free time to find a taverna or a swim at the Libyan Sea
• At 17.30 we take the ferry for a cruise along the picturesque southern coastline
• When we reach the village of Sougia, coaches will be waiting to return you to your pick up point, getting you home sometime around 20:00
