ATHENS MARATHON PACKAGE – RUN IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF PHEIDIPPIDES

The legend of the marathon as a race dates back to Pheidippides (pron. Fee-dip-ede-ez) who ran from Marathon to Athens to announce the famous Greek victory over the Persians. If you want to run the classic marathon route and truly experience the magic and antiquity of Greece, this is the holiday for you. Staying at the Aegean resort community of Glyfada, daily runs by the sea are combined with sightseeing and guided tours from experienced runners. It’s a 6-day package that includes a choice of 3* or 4* hotel accommodation.

The per person package price includes hotel accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, based on two people sharing a twin room. In the case of single travellers, the single supplement option must be taken at additional cost.

Hotel accommodation taxes (4* hotels – 3 Euro per room/per night, 3* hotels – 1.5 Euro per room/per night) are not included and need to be paid directly to the hotel.
