• The yacht departs from the old port of Fira at 11.00 in the morning.
• After a short 10-minute beat the boat arrives at the port of Erinia, in the small bay of the active volcano.
• We anchor here for 1 hour and 15 minutes to give you time to follow the trail up to the top of the hill (or take the cable car) where there are active craters, smoking rocks and the air smells strongly of brimstone
• Back on board we make for the island of Palaia Kameni to see the hot volcanic springs and famous natural mud baths, which have been created after the volcanic eruptions.
• In the small bay of St. Nickolas, the water temperature varies from 30 to 35 degrees Celsius, as it constantly mixes with the normal seawater.
• We moor here for around half-an-hour for swimming. NB there is no beach, but you can enter the water via stairs and swim about 30 meters into the small bay with hot springs
• After swimming in the thermal waters, the boat returns to Fira for 14.00

• Catamarans are comfortable to cruise in with more deck space than a conventional yacht, so this is easy cruising with an option of day or evening departures
• We set sail from the picturesque Marina of Vlychada and sail along Santorini’s magnificent coastal scenery
• Our first stop is at Red Beach in Akrotiri, one of the most beautiful on the island, with the red rocks and the dark pebbles.
• Then it’s White Beach – accessible only by boat – and Mesa Pigadia where we stop to swim and snorkel in the crystal-clear blue waters over a rich underwater environment and reefs
• Cruising on, we head for the Indian Rock and the old the Venetian Light House of Akrotiri.
• Passing by Aspronisi Island, we get great views of the Caldera and the cliff-hanging white houses
• The next beat is along the ‘volcano coast’ where we stop at the hot springs so you can treat yourself to a natural spa in the thermal mixed volcanic mud waters.
• Our final stop is at a secluded private bay for a plunge into the majestic waters whilst the crew prepares a meal for you. At the end of this unique sailing experience, we head back to the Marina of Vlychada

• Our first stop is at the archaeological site of Akrotiri, destroyed in the Theran eruption sometime in the 17thcentury BC and buried in volcanic ash which preserved the remains of fine frescoes and many objects and artworks
• One of the most significant prehistoric settlements of the Aegean Sea, archaeologists have been continually excavating since the 1960s – we have time to look around the ruins and explore the museum
• Next we stop at the unique Red Beach to explore the waters, the sands and the volcanic cliffs
• Moving on, we visit at the monastery of Prophet Elias, built in 1711, at the summit of a mountain that stands about 600 meters above sea level. Bring your cameras for superb views of the island and the caldera
• Our last stop is Pyrgos, a traditional village with the white-washed houses and narrow paths built like a labyrinth around the old castle
• The village is surrounded by vineyards that make the renowned white Assyrtitiko wines and we make time to have a tutored tasting of three wines before taking you back to your hotel

• After pickup from your hotel, board the luxury coach and drive to Profitis Ilias the highest point on Santorini with an incredible panorama of the entire island to wander around the courtyard of the 18th-century monastery and the chapel of Saint Nektarios
• Then a quick photo stop at Caldera Beach in Akrotiri for views of the former volcano to learn about the island’s geological history. Continue to Red Beach, one of the most famous beaches on the island
• After Red Beach comes Black Beach, or Perissa Beach where we have plenty of free time to go swimming and/or lunch at one of the waterfront tavernas
• Next, it’s Emporio for a guided visit to the small Venetian fortress. The many picturesque doorways, windows, alleyways, and arches of this medieval village make you feel like you’re in a Mama Mia movie
• Having worked up a thirst we check out the Santorini Wine Museum and winery to enjoy a private tasting of 3 wines made local from grape varieties and learn about the winemaking process
• Early evening, we reach the cliff-top village of Oia with its famous, blue-domed churches for a guided walk through the village and hear all about its glorious maritime past
• Finally, we sit and watch the incredible sunset before returning to the bus and being dropped off back at your hotel.
